3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

3.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳200. The maximum limit may vary depending on the payment method and the account verification level.

3.3 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Each withdrawal request is generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount, on the bonus only (not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus). Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = after placing ৳40,000 in total bets, funds earned from the bonus become withdrawable.

4.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• The welcome bonus can only be received once per account.
• If a bonus is active, the deposit portion can be withdrawn from the account, but the bonus will be cancelled.
• If an attempt to exploit the bonus using multiple accounts on any game is detected, all bonuses will be forfeited.
• Specific terms for promotional offers are announced separately and apply alongside these general Terms.
• 9c99 reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion.

5.1 Validity of Bets

A bet will be considered final and binding only when the system confirms it and provides a reference number. If a bet is not confirmed due to a network issue or platform error, it will be considered void and the amount will be refunded.

5.2 Bet Cancellation and Mandatory Suspension

9c99 may cancel bets in the following situations —

• A technical error in the system or incorrect data supplied by a data provider.
• The outcome of the relevant event being uncertain or disputed.
• A user attempting to exploit a system vulnerability or error.

5.3 Special Provisions for Sports Betting

In the sports betting section, markets are determined based on various events and game types. Official result-providing bodies are followed for determining match outcomes. In the event of any dispute, 9c99's decision is final.

9c99's VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier —

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Members advance to higher tiers through regular and active play. Detailed terms for VIP benefits apply separately and are subject to change.

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of all funds —

• Using the platform for money laundering.
• Attempting to artificially manipulate the system's software or algorithms.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address or on the same device.
• A deliberate attempt to profit by abusing the bonus system (bonus arbitrage).
• Threatening, harassing, or attempting to defraud other users.
• Registering an account under a false identity or someone else's identity.
• Using any automated tool or bot on the platform.

8.1 Platform Rights

9c99 may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following situations —

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Inconsistency in identity verification or provision of fraudulent information.
• As required to comply with applicable laws or regulations.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.

8.2 Member Rights

You may request closure of your own account at any time by contacting [email protected]. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed, however bonuses with unmet wagering requirements will be cancelled.
