9c99 Complete Guide to Responsible Gaming
Gaming should be a source of fun — not stress. 9c99 is committed to helping you play safely, mindfully, and happily.
What is Responsible Gaming?
Online betting and casino games can be an enjoyable form of entertainment when played the right way. But for some people it can become a problem — especially when control over play is lost. At 9c99, we treat responsible gaming as our highest priority.
Responsible gaming means playing in a way where you set limits on time and money, treat gaming as entertainment, and never play to recover money you have lost. We believe every player should enjoy gaming within their financial means.
Why does it matter?
Many players across Bangladesh enjoy playing at 9c99 every day. Our goal is to keep every player's experience safe and positive. Problem gambling does not only cause financial harm — it can also affect family relationships, mental health, and overall quality of life. That is why we have built tools into our platform to keep you protected and informed.
Ask yourself before you play
Before sitting down to play at 9c99, ask yourself a few simple questions: Have I decided how much money I will spend today? Do I know how long I will play? Can I walk away happy when I win, and without feeling bad when I lose? If the answer to these questions is yes, you are playing the right way.
Gaming is entertainment — not a source of income
It is important to remember that online betting and casino games are primarily for entertainment. They should not be considered a regular source of income. Every bet carries the possibility of winning or losing, and there is no guarantee of winning in the long run. Only bet money whose loss would have no impact on your daily life.
Our Protection Tools
Set Deposit Limits
You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit takes time to come into effect — this protects you from overspending in a moment of impulse.
Time-Out Feature
If you want to take a break for a while, use the time-out feature. You can temporarily close your account for a set period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During this time you will not be able to log in or place any bets.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel your gaming is getting out of control, use the self-exclusion option. Your account can be closed for anywhere from 6 months to permanently. While self-exclusion is active, 9c99 will not send you any promotional messages.
Gaming History & Reports
You can view a complete history of your deposits, withdrawals, bets, and wins and losses in your account at any time. Staying aware of your own playing patterns is the first step in responsible gaming.
Loss Limits
Set a loss limit so you do not lose more than a specified amount. When the set limit is reached, the system will automatically stop further bets from being placed until a new time period begins.

Tips for Staying in Control Yourself
Set time limits
Decide in advance how long you will play each day. Set an alarm on your phone or use a screen time tracker. Take breaks during long sessions and spend time with family or friends.
Write down your budget
Write down how much money you will set aside for entertainment each week or month. The minimum deposit at 9c99 is ৳200 — start with a small amount and never go beyond your set budget.
Take a break when emotions run high
Do not play when you are angry, sad, frustrated, or overly excited. In these states your ability to make decisions is reduced and the risk of greater loss increases. Calm your mind first, then play.
Let a loved one know
Tell a family member or a trusted friend that you bet online. If they notice any change in your playing patterns they can alert you. The role of loved ones in building awareness is very important.
